Wow! What a night we had last evening at the Cortland Bowling Alley.

A total of 27 individuals all pulled on bowling shoes last evening. The excitement started at 7PM when sneakers were traded in for bowling shoes and everyone found their own bowling ball. Scouts, along with their brothers and sisters, came to display their bowling skills or try out a new sport. Bowlers were excited to pitch their ball down an alley with the hope of getting a strike. The sound of the ball and the crack of the pins echoed in the alleys. It was genuinely a comfortable way to meet new scouts. I believe the parents had fun too, cheering on the scouts.

Way to Go!

Between games we enjoyed pizza and fries along with soda.

As the evening ended around 9PM, we said goodbye to our new friends and hoped to see them soon. We were excited to meet so many scouts from Pack 53 and we are hoping they will make Troop 353 their home too.

We had FUN!
